Common questions
How quickly will I hear back?
Usually the same working day, and within a couple of hours if you message during office hours. Complex international itineraries needing airfare and visa checks can take a day longer — we'll tell you if that's the case rather than leaving you waiting.
Do I have to pay anything to get a quote?
No. Itineraries and pricing are free and there's no obligation. You only pay once you've seen the full plan in writing and decided to confirm.
Can you customise a package from the site?
Yes — almost every trip we run is adjusted in some way. Add nights, upgrade hotels, drop a city, build around a wedding date or a fixed return flight. Tell us what you want changed and we'll re-quote.
Do you handle flights and visas?
Flights can be included on request; our international packages quote indicative airfare and we book on confirmation. Visa documentation, appointment slots and forex guidance are included for international trips.
What's the payment schedule?
25% to confirm and the balance seven days before departure. Cancellation terms are shared in writing along with the quote, before you pay anything. Peak-season and international bookings occasionally need a larger deposit — if so we'll say upfront.
Do you do group and corporate travel?
Yes. Family groups, temple yatras, school and college trips, and corporate offsites. Email us for group rates rather than using the form — it's easier to attach a passenger list.
